After receiving his PhD in Physical Chemistry, Dr. Sutton Farnham earned his dental degree from the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Sutton Farnham completed his residency training at the University of Florida/Shands Hospital, where he treated complex dental cases and medically compromised patients. In additional residency training he focused on patients with temporomandibular joint [TMJ] problems. Dr. Sutton Farnham has held positions at several Universities including the University of Florida. Dr. Sutton Farnham started and directed the postgraduate General Practice Residency at Shands, Jacksonville. He has authored articles published in peer reviewed journals in chemistry as well as dentistry and holds several patents. Dr. Sutton Farnham is past president of the Florida Academy of General Dentistry. In addition to general and aesthetic dentistry, his private practice includes the diagnosis and treatment of temporomandibular joint [TMJ] problems.

 

Dr. Jacquelene Farnham is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Dentistry with a degree in Dental Medicine. Dr. Jacqui Farnham continued her postgraduate training with a General Practice Residency at the University of Florida's Shands Hospital. As a hospital resident she routinely treated children of all ages, medically compromised and trauma patients in addition to advanced and complex dental cases. Dr. Jacqui Farnham also has her MBA from the University of Florida. A strong proponent of continuing education, Dr. Jacqui Farnham has held leadership positions in the Academy of General Dentistry and the Alumni Academy of University of Florida. Her practice of general dentistry for all ages includes cosmetic and full mouth reconstructions. For children she believes that a dental visit should be fun and her goal for her young patients is to develop without dental disease and to enjoy every visit to the dentist. On the other side of the age spectrum, Dr Farnham treats those patients who have lost teeth restoring their dental function and appearance and thereby improving their quality of life.

Dr Jacqui Farnham and Dr. Sutton Farnham are married and have lived and practiced in Mandarin since the 1980's. They have two sons and spend most of their time with their family and working within their community.

 

Kelli ;) Office Manager, Kelli and her family have been patients of Dr. Farnham for more than twenty years. She joined our team in 2007. Kelli will keep your medical information current and help you find appointments that keep you up to date and are convenient for you and your family. Insurance is confusing. Kelli often tells patients "I can help you with that." Kelli will work with you and your insurance carrier to maximize your yearly dental benefits. Kelli can offer you information about available payment options that will make dentistry affordable for you.

 

KathyRDH Hygienist;) is a native of Florida. She graduated with a 4 year bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Hawaii. She has experience in both general dentistry and periodontics. She has been with us since 2000. Kathy is why many patients who never liked the dentist keep coming back, she is gentle yet meticulous.  And many patients like our new Piezo technology which makes routine and periodontal cleanings even easy.

 

Christina RDH Hygienist;)    Is our newest  hygienist.  She is why many patients who never liked the dentist keep coming back, she is gentle and through.   And many patients like our new Cavitron technology which makes routine and periodontal cleanings comfortable.

 

Debby EDA;)    Debbie was born in Jacksonville, and she and her family reside in Callahan.  She has been an assistant for 27 years.  She joined our practice in 2011.  Debbie enjoys every aspect of dentistry and the challenges it brings.  She enjoys making our patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental treatment.  Aside from dentistry, family time is important.  She has been married for 24 years, she has 2 sons and 4 grandchildren.  Her family enjoys boating, wakeboarding, fishing, camping and just sitting around by an open fire with good friends.   She says " that is my life...Simple".+

 

Alice EDA;)  Alice has dedicated the last 25 years of her career to dentistry. She started as a dental assistant when her husband was stationed in Europe. She has lived in Europe and all over the United States. Alice is now settled in Clay County and enjoys her rural lifestyle. She loves caring for her horses and barn cats. She also enjoys her spending time with her granddaughter and grand dogs.our dental assistant.  She joined our practice in 2011 and is a great asset.  She desires to help our patients in any way possible.
